The End Performer Spotlight: Mark Gifford

When Mark Gifford isn’t teaching composition and rhetoric at UTSA, you can find him telling stories in shows like Testify, Story Bar, and Worth Repeating, co-creating audiobooks like When Wade Tries to Save the World (iTunes Amazon Audible) and The Adventures of Heroman (iTunes Amazon Audible) with his writing partner Todd Wright, blogging at, and recording episodes for the “Hyperliterature Presents…” podcast series (iTunes & Google Play).

You can follow Mark’s work via his Facebook page, and, less frequently, his Twitter account. He still doesn’t know how to use Instagram correctly, he and he foolishly believes Snapchat was an 80s New Wave band.

This Thursday, Mark will tell a tale of friendship ending in his piece Times Are Gone for Honest Men.
