Louise Gallup-Roholt grew up in Ohio and went to grad school here in Texas. While at UT, she produced the deeply personal documentary “A Journey Back”. It won awards that set her on the path to LA, where she produced and wrote television shows that weren’t personal but fun nonetheless. Twenty years and several careers later, she’s in early pre-production on another documentary related her first. She moved back to Austin in 2010 to “live authentically”. Every day since, that means something a little different — but storytelling is definitely a part of the definition.
Tomorrow night, Louise will tell a tale of choosing her own legacy in her piece Fully Living.
